Post-sale technical role partnering with financial institutions and integrators to architect, troubleshoot, validate, and launch integrations using the Alkami SDK and platform APIs. Triage SDK tickets, scope contracted engagements, coordinate escalations to Engineering, and provide technical advisory and testing support through go-live.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and positioning for major SaaS product and partner launches. Drive competitive and market analysis, sales enablement, cross-functional alignment, and launch readiness. Translate customer and product insights into differentiated messaging, influence product roadmap priorities, and measure impact on pipeline and adoption. Integrate AI into marketing workflows and manage complex initiatives across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

The Sales Executive will develop client relationships, execute sales strategies, negotiate deals, and mentor team members while achieving sales goals in the banking sector.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate leads and qualified meetings for enterprise sales, collaborating closely with account executives and utilizing software tools for market analysis.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for a unified data platform, spanning ingestion, modeling, and an intelligence layer. Partner with engineering and data science to deliver cloud-native pipelines, curated analytic models, and ML productization. Drive governance, metrics, cross-functional alignment, backlog management, and Agile practices to maximize platform value for internal teams and clients.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Alkami's marketing products. Define roadmap, embed AI-driven personalization and audience intelligence, partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and revenue, recruit and develop product managers, and deliver scalable SaaS marketing and analytics solutions for financial institutions.

Support third-party risk management by using GRC tools to identify, document, evaluate, and monitor risks, controls, and mitigation. Produce dashboards and reports for leadership, maintain risk documentation for audits and regulatory inquiries, respond to due diligence requests, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, research regulatory and industry trends, and apply AI/AI-agent capabilities to improve workflows, reporting, and monitoring.

Provide hybrid on-site IT support for employees: troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues, manage tickets (Jira), handle identity/access and MFA, provision/decommission devices, maintain asset records, escalate and document incidents, mentor L1 teammates, and integrate AI tooling into team processes.

The Sales Development Representative generates qualified sales leads through prospecting, collaborates with Account Executives, and achieves pipeline targets using CRM tools and sales engagement strategies.
