Build and own Alkami’s next-generation sales demo tooling across front-end and back-end systems. Partner with Sales Engineering, Sales Leadership, Product, and Engineering to identify gaps, develop API- and SDK-based tools, evaluate technical stacks, and improve sales win rates. Provide technical expertise during complex financial-services deals, coach Sales Engineers, communicate technical value to senior stakeholders, and champion AI-assisted development workflows.

Develop backend services and APIs that streamline client activation and production onboarding. Build and enhance integrations with core provider APIs, checkbook ordering, ACH transfers, and product services. Collaborate with clients to understand account-opening nuances and partner with product teams to incorporate them into the platform. Write clean, documented, tested code; address error handling, logging, edge cases, system design, performance, and architectural tradeoffs. Provide technical guidance and code reviews.

Leads complex SaaS implementation programs for new customers, guiding requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment. Manages schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships. Coordinates cross-functional resolution with Product and Engineering, communicates program status, supports customer outcomes, mentors team members, and improves implementation methodologies and processes.

Leads customer-facing value consulting engagements for financial institutions using platform usage data, benchmarks, KPIs, and industry trends. Translates business objectives into recommendations, value narratives, ROI-oriented insights, and client-ready presentations. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Relationship Management to support adoption, optimization, renewals, expansions, and retention. Independently manages complex engagements, adapts frameworks to ambiguous scenarios, and shares client insights with internal product and go-to-market teams.

Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise sales in financial services: design solution architecture, integrations, demos, POCs and RFP responses; influence executives, mentor peers, and inform product direction while managing up to 50% travel.

Lead and scale Application Support for a B2B SaaS digital banking platform. Own strategy, KPIs, incident management, cross-functional governance, manager development, tooling (ServiceNow/Jira), and client experience to improve stability, reduce incidents, and drive retention.
