As a Sales Director, you will lead agent recruitment, provide training on Medicare products, support sales performance, and develop agent relationships to drive revenue.

Provide client and administrative support for agents, marketers, and carriers. Manage customer relationships, communicate project status, perform advanced data entry, analyze business requirements, and coordinate project deliverables with cross-functional teams.

Sell and grow indexed annuity business by building agent relationships, recruiting and onboarding agents, collaborating with carrier partners, and supporting marketing, incentive programs, and growth initiatives to increase sales and agent production.

Calculate, process, and forecast agent commissions; review and correct commission data; resolve commission inquiries; maintain Excel reports and third-party files; monitor agent balances; act as point of contact for APL; assist with audits.

Drive member retention and new Medicare enrollments through relationship-building, annual policy reviews, needs-based consultations, community outreach, and CRM management. Ensure compliance with CMS and HIPAA, complete required certifications, meet sales targets, and support members during enrollment periods.

Retrieve, validate, and prepare weekly and monthly carrier commission statements for upload. Reconcile calculations, research and resolve discrepancies and disputes, respond to inquiries, support audit deliverables, and execute ad-hoc analytic requests while improving processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency.

Lead and grow an assigned insurance agency by recruiting, coaching, and managing agents and local staff; set business plans and budgets; drive sales growth, compliance, and profitability; provide training, performance metrics, and day-to-day operational leadership.

Lead cross-functional enterprise projects from initiation to closure: develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, vendors, timelines, risks, and stakeholders; apply Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid methodologies; maintain RAID logs and forecasts; support intake, capacity planning, governance, and onboarding to ensure quality, security, compliance, and timely delivery.

This role involves leading Microsoft cloud infrastructure projects, managing Azure and Office 365 environments, and providing technical support and design for an enterprise network.

Responsible for building relationships with life insurance agents and advisors, focusing on business development and advanced planning support through consultative sales approaches.
