Responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, evaluating transaction structures, conducting risk and return analysis, supporting credit and capital markets activities, preparing investment memos and investor materials, partnering with Legal on transaction documentation, and improving scalable financial processes.

Lead capital formation and strategic financing initiatives, including asset-backed debt, working capital financing, project equity, syndications, securitizations, and impact-focused capital. Build relationships with financing partners, structure and negotiate complex transactions, oversee due diligence and closing workflows, develop financial models, and manage transaction documentation, reporting, and compliance. The role also improves internal funding processes and collaborates with legal, underwriting, risk, operations, and energy teams.

Leads the HR Business Partner function and builds scalable people programs across compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, manager coaching, and culture. Advises executives on people strategy, manages HR staff and benefits providers, ensures multi-state compliance, supports AI-driven organizational change, and develops HR systems and practices for a hybrid, distributed organization.
