Leads technical support for VA healthcare AI citizen developers, developing and validating supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models. Builds synthetic healthcare data cohorts, designs secure cloud-based data science workflows, collaborates with federal stakeholders, interprets analytical results, mentors developers, and ensures model quality, documentation, privacy, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Manage enterprise AI and machine learning programs from planning through deployment and operations. Coordinate data, engineering, cloud, security, and business teams; oversee MLOps pipelines, governance, monitoring, risks, budgets, and dependencies. Drive automation, compliance, incident management, executive reporting, and continuous improvement for secure AI solutions supporting federal healthcare initiatives.

Develops and manages communications for the VA’s AI strategy, governance, and operations initiative. Creates briefings, talking points, executive summaries, newsletters, slide decks, meeting materials, and plain-language content. Maintains SharePoint, Teams, and internal communication channels; coordinates meetings and follow-up; responds to communication requests; and supports messaging strategies aligned with AI governance milestones. Collaborates with technical experts, program managers, and senior leaders in a federal environment.

Lead technical program management for Department of Veterans Affairs AI strategy, governance, and operations initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage plans, risks, resources, and performance metrics, develop governance documentation, and brief senior officials. The role requires translating complex AI concepts into actionable strategies aligned with federal policy and VA priorities.

Lead the design and optimization of the VA VHA AI Education Hub, including its AI learning assistant, sandbox, integrations, analytics, and healthcare data models. Apply machine learning, synthetic data, privacy-preserving methods, and responsible AI practices in a secure federal healthcare environment. Collaborate with VA stakeholders and technical teams, document solutions, ensure governance and compliance, and present platform metrics and findings to leadership.

Develops, writes, edits, and proofreads external marketing and communications content across web, print, social media, and other channels. Creates audience-appropriate concepts and copy, ensures accuracy and brand alignment, collaborates with designers and program staff, and incorporates stakeholder feedback. Requires five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, legal U.S. work authorization, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Designs, scripts, storyboards, shoots, edits, and distributes multimedia content across video, audio, photography, and graphics. Manages projects from concept through delivery, ensures creative, technical, and brand standards, and incorporates stakeholder feedback. Requires three years of multimedia production experience, a related bachelor’s degree, a portfolio, proficiency with professional editing tools, and eligibility for Public Trust clearance. Remote work is anticipated, though Washington, DC metro-area residence may be required for on-site work.

Plans and conducts risk-informed compliance reviews for a federal health program. Evaluates evidence, interviews stakeholders, identifies control gaps and noncompliance, documents findings, maintains audit workpapers, coordinates corrective actions, and analyzes trends to recommend program improvements.
