Lead and independently manage small to large-scale controls engineering projects from initiation through completion. Control project costs, schedules, and resources; direct teams and vendors; maintain client relationships and reporting; act as client representative/OPM when needed; ensure delivery meets business needs and project goals. May manage multiple concurrent projects and travel to customer sites.

Independently manage small to large controls engineering projects from initiation through completion. Control costs, schedules, and resources; lead teams; manage client and vendor relationships; report progress; act as client representative when needed; ensure projects meet business needs and deliverables while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Manage general ledger and accounts payable processes, ensure monthly close and reconciliations, review financial and sales tax reports, support payroll compliance, develop accounting policies and train staff, act as project accountant, and assist with year-end close and tax reporting.

Design, program, and commission process control systems (DCS/PLC/SCADA/HMI) using Siemens PCS7 and related hardware. Prepare project documentation, perform testing and troubleshooting, support startup/check-out, report project status, engage in client meetings, and contribute to proposals, continuous improvement, and business development activities.
