Conduct onsite risk and safety assessments for policyholders, recommend controls to reduce workplace injuries and losses, interpret OSHA/ANSI standards, deliver training and reports, support large/complex workers' compensation accounts, mentor team members, and provide high-quality customer service while collaborating with internal teams and agents.

Lead design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise LAN/WAN, routing/switching, VPN, wireless, VoIP, load balancing, and cloud networking. Ensure security and compliance (IDS/IPS, MFA, zero trust, NIST/ISO/HIPAA), respond to audits/pen tests, mentor team members, and lead network projects to maximize performance, scalability, and resiliency.

Conduct annual workers' compensation premium audits by reviewing payroll and business records, verifying classification codes, reconciling premiums, applying applicable rules (MWCIA/NCCI/WCRB), communicating results to policyholders and agents, processing audit entries, handling disputes, and providing customer service in a hybrid office/remote environment.
