Support monthly close and corporate accounting for Hamilton Lane and subsidiaries: maintain ledgers, cash management, accruals, reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, SOX 404 compliance support, prepare audit materials, and complete special projects as assigned.

Supports treasury operations for investment funds, including cash liquidity management, subscriptions and redemptions, FX transactions, hedge settlements, capital calls, distributions, investment funding, wire payments, payee setup, bank account administration, and deal tracking. Support sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, structuring and closing of infrastructure and real assets investments (minority directs, co-investments, secondaries, primaries). Manage analyst work, build complex transaction models and distribution waterfalls, communicate with sponsors and clients, and complete industry or client special projects under senior team direction.

Lead subscription line financing negotiations and execution, while supporting NAV facilities, asset-backed structures, and other strategic credit arrangements. Manage lender relationships, treasury facilities, covenant monitoring, borrowing base calculations, compliance reporting, and financing models. Collaborate with legal, portfolio management, fund accounting, investment, fundraising, and investor relations teams to execute financing strategies, manage risks, and support refinancing and restructuring activities.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for the Americas private wealth channel across RIAs, IBDs, wirehouses, and private banks. Build integrated campaigns, content, advisor-facing tools, and playbooks for fund launches and product placements. Partner with sales, product, and regional leaders to drive conversion, client acquisition, and advisor engagement. Measure and optimize channel performance across paid, owned, and earned channels.

The Global Payroll Manager oversees payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing teams, and enhancing processes for efficiency.

Lead Hamilton Lane's SEC reporting function, managing preparation, review, and filing of Forms 10-K/10-Q/8-K, consolidated financial statements, disclosures, and SOX controls. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external auditors, drive process improvements and reporting tool adoption, evaluate new accounting requirements, mentor staff, and support strategic finance initiatives.
