Support accounting and financial reporting for the North America Coatings Division. Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile GL accounts, ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance, manage inventory valuation and revenue recognition, produce monthly/quarterly/year-end closings and reports, assist site accountants, and recommend process improvements.

Source, recruit, interview, assess, and hire candidates across functions. Partner with hiring managers, manage requisitions in Workday, coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding, and build talent pipelines and client relationships.

Responsible for general accounting, reporting, month-end closing, account reconciliations, forecasting, and supporting internal controls. Collaborates with operations team and site controller.
