Design, program, and support PLC/HMI/SCADA-based control systems for manufacturing equipment. Participate in capital projects, develop control logic and documentation, commission systems, troubleshoot automation, integrate robotics, motion control, vision, and industrial networks, and support Industry 4.0/IIoT initiatives. Performs HR administrative duties: process timekeeping for ~175 employees, support recruiting and onboarding, maintain personnel files and Workday records, coordinate events and travel, handle general office tasks and HR communications.

The Quality Control Manager leads facility quality control activities, supervises personnel, ensures compliance with quality management standards, and fosters continuous improvement.

Support accounting and financial reporting for the North America Coatings Division. Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile GL accounts, ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance, manage inventory valuation and revenue recognition, produce monthly/quarterly/year-end closings and reports, assist site accountants, and recommend process improvements.
