Lead a team driving operational excellence across inbound/outbound warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Apply Lean/Six Sigma methods, conduct time studies and data analysis, deploy WMS/SAP EWM processes, set performance metrics, and lead large change management initiatives to improve throughput, accuracy, ergonomics, and labor efficiency.

Drive developer productivity by building telemetry, observability, and developer tools, reduce friction in engineering workflows, and educate teams on leveraging internal tooling.

Lead sourcing, diligence, and execution for early-stage investments; draft investment memos; manage deal pipeline and investor relations; support portfolio companies with introductions, KPI tracking, and quarterly reporting; develop sector landscapes and represent the fund at conferences.

Design, develop, and maintain desktop and service-oriented software tools used by field service engineers to install, calibrate, and troubleshoot robotic surgical systems. Own specific software packages, integrate across system dependencies, translate upstream features into service tooling, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve processes to ensure reliable, consistent user experiences in the field.

Lead sourcing and procurement for new product introductions: manage supplier selection, contracts, purchase orders, inventory, cost, capacity, risk, and supplier performance. Coordinate engineering change activity, support SCRM and supplier scorecards, perform market research, and present supply chain strategy to leadership to ensure production ramp and material availability.
