Responsibilities include C/C++ application development, kernel and driver integration, bootloader and hardware bring-up, system debugging, performance optimization, reliability engineering, verification and validation, and manufacturing transfer. Supports price council governance by quantifying revenue, margin, competitive impact, and sensitivities. Partners with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and Operations to identify pricing opportunities, improve adoption, and track realized impact. Requires advanced Tableau, Excel, and SQL skills, financial modeling expertise, and occasional strategic travel.

Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and finalizes complex commercial contracts for robotic-assisted surgery products and services. Manages contract lifecycles, renewals, amendments, compliance, and risk mitigation while coordinating with Legal, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Service, Finance, and other stakeholders. Advises on contractual impacts of new products, digital and privacy agreements, HIPAA, and data security requirements. Requires strong commercial contracting, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Leads large, global information security programs from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Builds executive dashboards and integrated reports from multiple data sources, facilitates project meetings, tracks actions, improves PMO processes, and supports deployment of project management tools. The role requires strong communication, analytical, prioritization, Agile/Scrum, and project governance skills, along with an active PMP certification.
