Drive early adoption of the ION® robotic biopsy platform by supporting new users, developing KOLs and programs, integrating the system at hospitals, providing procedural training and clinical support, capturing procedural data, collaborating with local daVinci teams, and managing related administrative tasks.

Build and maintain centralized supplier-held inventory datasets and governance frameworks. Develop analytics, dashboards, and models to monitor supplier inventory, map supplier and part-site relationships, support sub-tier mapping, and enable supply chain risk management, inventory strategy, and operational decision-making through cross-functional collaboration.

Design, build, and operate scalable, secure infrastructure and tooling for data platforms and APIs. Manage IaC, cloud environments, networking, CI/CD pipelines, containers, monitoring/observability, security controls, and incident response. Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment and operational practices and ensure reliability and performance at scale.

Design, prototype, validate, and sustain custom manufacturing and test equipment from concept through production. Lead mechanical and mechatronic designs, create specifications, documentation, IQ/OQ/PQ and DQ validations, manage projects, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, and support audits and equipment maintenance.

Design and develop measurable learning materials (eLearning, instructor-led, assessments) using adult learning principles. Collaborate with SMEs and multimedia teams, manage content development and QA, evaluate effectiveness, deliver technical/clinical and lab-based skills training, and support usability/human factors evaluations.

Lead procurement and strategic sourcing for NPI: manage POs, supplier selection and performance, inventory, capacity, cost and risk. Coordinate engineering change orders, contracts, quoting, and cross-functional plans to support new product launch and production ramp.

Lead the New Products Supply Chain team to manage sourcing, procurement, supplier relationships, risk mitigation, KPIs, and cross-functional coordination for successful medical device product launches. Drive supply chain strategy, cost-effective sourcing, compliance with regulations, continuous improvement, and executive-level reporting to ensure timely market introduction of new products.

Design and maintain continuous monitoring analytics for Internal Audit, performing ETL, managing large datasets, and building Tableau dashboards. Execute and refresh analytic tests, ensure data integrity, document processes, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify operational risks, fraud, and transaction anomalies.
