Influences stakeholders globally, manages cross-functional initiatives, and drives continuous improvement in training effectiveness, adoption, and commercial performance.

Leads digital workplace enablement for business functions by advising stakeholders, recommending collaboration solutions, and driving adoption. Responsibilities include workshops, training, onboarding, communications, knowledge resources, change management, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, platform optimization, and cross-functional project leadership across tools such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, Slack, Smartsheet, and Asana.
