Join Nuro's software team to build platform-level systems across Data Platform, Simulation, or Technical Infrastructure. Work on large-scale distributed systems, storage and compute management, microservices, CI/CD, and performance tuning to support autonomy development and simulation at scale.

Lead and scale Systems Engineering to define system requirements, architecture, safety case, validation strategy, and deployment readiness for Nuro Driver. Own cross-functional system trade-offs, validation evidence, risk management, and organization building to enable commercial expansion across platforms and geographies.

Design, develop, and deploy production-level vehicle control software (ISO 26262) for L4 autonomy. Translate planned trajectories into safe, precise motions, integrate controls with vehicle platforms, collaborate across hardware and autonomy teams, and explore ML methods to improve dynamics, drivability, and platform bring-up.

Build and lead Nuro’s corporate FP&A function, including annual budgeting, headcount planning, monthly variance reporting, rolling forecasts, executive and board reporting, spend governance, scenario modeling, and financial systems implementation. Partner with Accounting and Strategic Finance to connect planning with ERP, GAAP, cash-flow reporting, and major business decisions. Select and implement a planning platform while adopting AI tools to modernize finance operations.

Responsible for implementing metrics to evaluate the driving behavior of the Nuro Driver, ensuring safety and performance through collaboration and technical expertise.

Develop and deploy state-of-the-art ML models for predicting interactive agent behavior and building controllable agents for closed-loop simulation. Conduct research in generative sequence modeling, transformers, diffusion models, and sequential decision-making, and collaborate with planning and autonomy teams to produce deployable solutions for real vehicles.

Lead the architecture and development of high-performance onboard systems for Nuro's autonomous vehicles, mentoring engineers and ensuring technical excellence.

Develop and deploy perception ML models for autonomous vehicles (detection, sensor fusion, tracking, classification, intent). Own end-to-end lifecycle: POC, model iteration, onboard deployment, monitoring, and optimization for latency and scale.

Responsible for designing and developing scalable data pipelines, storage systems, and monitoring tools for ML data infrastructure, ensuring system integrity and performance evaluation.
