Own and grow a portfolio of 15–30 active infrastructure and software customers. Manage account health, retention, renewals, expansion, adoption, forecasting, and revenue performance. Designs, deploys, and maintains Bastille WIDS sensor arrays across global data center facilities. Integrates wireless threat telemetry with Genetec Security Center, tunes RF monitoring, performs site surveys, develops coverage plans and technical documentation, establishes alerting workflows, maintains wireless device inventories, and investigates detection failures. Collaborates with network, IT security, SOC, vendors, and infrastructure teams while providing up to 20% international travel and after-hours support.

Oversee vendor lifecycle operations, including onboarding, tax and banking verification, catalog setup, record maintenance, data cleanup, and process documentation in Coupa. Coordinate with stakeholders, procurement operations, IT, vendors, and offshore resources. Lead day-to-day offshore workloads, enforce service levels and compliance controls, resolve escalations, maintain procedures and workflow documentation, and report operational metrics to procurement leadership.

Own financial planning, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and cost optimization for data center operations. Partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams on OpEx, CapEx, power strategy, leases, equipment financing, investment decisions, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Lead finance initiatives and translate complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Lead and develop an infrastructure engineering team responsible for internal Kubernetes platforms and foundational services. Set roadmaps, ownership, operating practices, and success metrics; guide reliable infrastructure and automation; establish testing, observability, SLO, incident response, change management, and on-call practices; resolve cross-team dependencies; and manage hiring, coaching, performance, priorities, and risk communication.
