The Offensive Security Engineer is responsible for penetration testing, threat modeling, and improving security standards while collaborating with engineering teams.

Design, build, and operate scalable multi-tenant file and block storage running on CoreWeave's hardware. Own data-path and control plane, deliver CSI-based Kubernetes integration, implement durability, snapshots, encryption/KEY management, and observability; optimize performance (IO, small-file, caching) and mentor engineers while partnering cross-functionally to meet enterprise and regulated customer requirements.

Lead and grow an observability engineering team that builds, scales, and operates telemetry platforms (metrics, logs, traces). Define roadmap and architecture, drive reliability (SLOs/SLIs), improve telemetry storage and query layers, partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams, and own operational excellence for large-scale AI/cloud infrastructure.

Lead incident response and recovery as Incident Commander, own SLOs and reliability metrics, drive automation to reduce MTTD/MTTR, conduct RCAs and PIRs, mentor and develop the cloud operations team, and improve system resilience and disaster recovery.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for Developer Experience: build scalable build/test/delivery systems, improve CI/CD throughput, design internal platforms/APIs/SDKs/CLIs, integrate LLM/agentic tooling safely, mentor senior engineers, and drive cross-team initiatives to increase engineering velocity, reliability, and maintainability at organizational scale.

Sell and shape adoption of CoreWeaves AI Runtime Services by driving technical-commercial strategy, proving value with early customers, creating playbooks, and feeding product roadmap. Advise on serving frameworks, batching, execution isolation, throughput modeling, GPU utilization, and SLA structures while partnering with product, infra, and sales teams.

Architect and lead engineering of CoreWeave Cloud Platform systems. Lead product initiatives, write and run tests, perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, produce technical documentation and architecture diagrams, and translate product requirements into engineering work.

Own administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and GTM systems supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Design and implement declarative automations, manage security and integrations (Okta, SSO), support complex revenue processes, participate in M&A system integrations, and drive user adoption and operational efficiency.

Manage a portfolio of data center, real estate, network, and equipment leases; ensure lease data integrity and ASC 842/IFRS16 compliance; abstract complex lease agreements into the lease database; coordinate with Accounts Payable and Operations for payments and reconciliations; resolve landlord billing disputes; perform OpEx desk audits; and drive process and reporting improvements.

Take end-to-end ownership of a Kubernetes-based, multi-region data platform: architect for high availability and low latency, scale infrastructure, optimize CI/CD, implement observability and IaC, enforce cloud-native security, lead incident response, and ensure production readiness and capacity planning.
