Set technical direction, KPIs/SLOs, observability (Prometheus/Grafana), automation and CI/CD for server lifecycle, run incident management and RCA practices, and collaborate cross-functionally and with vendors to drive operational excellence and reduce on-call toil.

Design, build, and operate a scalable multi-tenant control plane for high-performance AI storage. Implement and optimize S3-compatible object storage and distributed filesystems, integrate dedicated storage clusters, improve reliability and observability, and collaborate with platform, compute, and operations teams to monitor and tune performance. Mentor engineers and contribute to scalable, durable storage architecture.

Design and build scalable data pipelines, models, and dashboards for supply chain KPIs. Partner with business stakeholders to enable forecasting, scenario planning, data governance, automation, and actionable reporting for leadership and projects.

Build and maintain fault-tolerant bare-metal Kubernetes control planes and automated tooling using Python, Golang, and Bash. Perform day-2 maintenance, debugging, upgrades, reliability improvements with Grafana, design automated tests, and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead design and implementation of multi-regional data platform and stream-processing architecture. Drive event-driven adoption, mentor engineers, ensure scalability, reliability, security, compliance, and participate in on-call operations.

Own and run backend Go services for billing: demand/capacity matching, metering-to-invoicing pipeline, customer-facing APIs and dashboards. Ensure audit-grade revenue lineage, SLAs, observability, production hardening, and on-call readiness. Drive technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and Product.

Lead incident response and RCA for bare-metal infrastructure services, improve system observability and automation (Prometheus/Grafana), build CI/CD and Kubernetes deployments, collaborate on hardware automation (Redfish), drive reliability KPIs, reduce on-call load, and document operational workflows across the server hardware lifecycle.
