Serve as the technical partner for existing AI customers, driving platform adoption, expansion, and production workload success. Design and deploy LLM applications, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, advise engineering and executive stakeholders, and collaborate with account managers, product, support, and engineering. Provide deep expertise across AI infrastructure, models, orchestration, observability, and inference while representing customer feedback internally.

Maintains accurate inventory of servers, networking equipment, and other IT assets across data centers. Coordinates shipping, receiving, storage, and resource allocation; conducts audits; updates inventory records; prepares reports; resolves discrepancies; and collaborates with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance. Develop, deploy, monitor, and improve services managing bare-metal infrastructure. Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, post-incident reviews, observability, automation, reliability engineering, disaster recovery, and on-call support. Build CI/CD pipelines, dashboards, alerts, and hardware lifecycle tooling using Go or Python, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Redfish-based services. Collaborate with engineering, fleet operations, vendors, and upstream communities to improve platform stability and reduce operational incidents.

Own day-to-day project accounting for data center construction capital costs. Responsibilities include tracking capital spend, reviewing invoices, maintaining project cost structures, preparing accruals and cost-to-complete schedules, supporting capitalization and useful-life decisions, reconciling construction-in-progress accounts, maintaining SOX documentation, supporting audits, and improving accounting processes.

Own the fixed asset register, depreciation, asset master data, transfers, retirements, replacements, and subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliations. Manage month-end close activities, financial reporting schedules, SOX controls, audits, and process improvements. Partner with project accounting, leasing, tax, operations, and reporting teams while supporting asset systems implementation and infrastructure asset lifecycle accounting.

Owns project accounting for data center construction, including project setup, construction-in-progress ledgers, accruals, cost-to-complete analysis, capitalization, and fixed asset transfers. Manages month-end close activities, SOX controls, audit support, asset readiness decisions, and cross-functional coordination with construction, operations, finance, and accounting teams. Leads process improvements and supports financial systems implementation.

Leads executive and broad-based compensation strategy, including Compensation Committee materials, executive pay recommendations, incentive plans, equity programs, salary structures, merit cycles, and retention actions. Advises executives and the Board, manages compensation consultants and a professional team, oversees offer exceptions, builds analytics and governance infrastructure, and ensures pay compliance across a global workforce. Partners with Finance, Legal, HR, and Recruiting in a high-growth public company environment.

Lead technical programs delivering GPU and CPU compute fleets from infrastructure handover through provisioning, validation, operational acceptance, and steady-state operations. Translate customer and business requirements into delivery plans, manage dependencies and blockers, assess capacity gaps, drive prioritization, establish readiness criteria, and coordinate cross-functional engineering and operations teams. Define delivery metrics, improve forecasting, and identify tooling, automation, and process improvements to increase provisioning throughput and operational readiness.

Own and operationalize CoreWeave’s third-party risk management and external data-sharing programs. Responsibilities include maintaining data inventories, defining review and approval controls, monitoring data flows, conducting third-party security risk assessments, evaluating privacy and security controls, tracking remediation, reporting risk metrics, and advising technical and executive stakeholders. The role also contributes to TPRM strategy, privacy compliance, audit support, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, IT, and Legal.

Manage and mature CoreWeave’s third-party risk management program across the vendor lifecycle. Responsibilities include conducting security risk assessments, evaluating controls and compliance evidence, tracking findings through remediation, performing vendor reassessments, maintaining vendor inventories and risk registers, and improving questionnaires, workflows, and documentation. The role coordinates with engineering, procurement, IT, Legal, vendors, and business stakeholders while supporting security, privacy, audit, and compliance objectives.
