Lead technical direction, plan multi-month projects, write high-quality Python and Go software, define SLOs/SLIs, reduce manual toil, participate in on-call, mentor engineers, and collaborate across Network, Observability, Fleet, and HPC teams.

Define value propositions, positioning, messaging, and GTM for CoreWeave's AI researcher and developer tools. Drive product launches, sales enablement, customer advocacy, market insights, and metrics-driven measurement in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and databases for the Console/Admin platform; implement frontend Console experiences (TypeScript/React); ensure security, observability, CI/CD, and code quality; collaborate with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot production issues.
