Supports benefit plan data and document accuracy within Simplify Benefits1 through quality assurance, data validation, UAT, regression testing, reporting, and issue resolution. The role documents requirements and processes, develops validation tools and dashboards, supports automation and process improvements, and collaborates with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
