Leads end-to-end delivery of business-led technology projects, including CPQ, ERP integrations, web platforms, laboratory and manufacturing systems, and data migration. The role leads negotiations, account planning, forecasting, customer engagement, exhibitions, and sales-team mentoring while supporting compliant, reliable private-label programs.

Supports site controllership through monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, variance and margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Partners with finance, operations, supply chain, leadership, auditors, and shared services to provide decision support, identify risks and opportunities, improve processes, and lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Own and grow strategic global and regional accounts and OEM partnerships. Build senior stakeholder relationships, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage proposals and sales forecasts, and achieve sales targets. The role also requires managing complex negotiations, demand variability, supply risks, and compliant customer programs.

Own and grow strategic global and regional accounts and OEM partnerships by managing relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, coordinating internal teams, and selling the full product portfolio. Lead account planning, proposals, forecasting, negotiations, customer events, and sales-target attainment. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders while coaching sales colleagues and coordinating manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and product resources.

Leads multi-site logistics, warehousing, inventory, and team operations across Milford, Massachusetts, and Gaithersburg, Maryland. Partners with logistics leadership to improve process alignment, operational efficiency, service levels, and cross-functional project execution. Requires people management, supply chain and warehouse expertise, inventory and ERP systems proficiency, analytical skills, and direct industry experience. SAP experience is preferred.
