Underwrite complex home equity line of credit applications, analyze documentation and personal or business tax returns to verify income, apply consumer lending policies and regulations, assess repayment ability, mitigate credit risk, document decisions, and identify counteroffer opportunities. The role requires collaboration with retail sales and loan officers while meeting productivity and credit quality standards in an office-based production environment.

Manages post-closing mortgage loan pipelines, audits closing and compliance documents, clears investor and agency suspense conditions, coordinates with closing agents and brokers to obtain missing documentation, releases funding numbers, follows up on final documents, manages escrow holdbacks, and orders disaster-area property inspections.

Handle inbound and outbound mortgage collections calls, review account status, collect payments, evaluate customer finances, negotiate repayment solutions, and document account actions. The role requires compliance with lending and debt-collection regulations, accurate data entry, operational reporting, productivity, and quality standards. Comprehensive training is provided. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote.
