Executes full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions and develops recruitment strategies with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Defines technical standards and roadmaps, evaluates emerging technologies, advises stakeholders, and leads complex healthcare IT projects across systems development, implementation, and operational support.

Oversee internal sales of branded merchandise and uniforms across a healthcare system.
