Leads Ping Identity’s Western United States, Canada, and Latin America sales organization. Owns regional revenue targets, go-to-market strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, operational planning, expense control, and sales performance. The Director, Global Payroll oversees global payroll operations across 18 countries, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing, and leading a high-performing team to enhance payroll efficiency and employee experience.

Design and develop large-scale Java-based identity management features, implement authentication and identity protocols, collaborate with distributed teams, enable cloud deployments, resolve customer issues, and prioritize security, performance, and testability.

Lead design, build, and operate platform-level IAM services across the stack. Define APIs, data models, and orchestration surfaces.
