Lead benefits administration and continuous improvement, manage open enrollment and lifecycle events, ensure compliance (ERISA/ACA), analyze utilization and costs, maintain Workday accuracy, provide bilingual (Spanish/English) communications and guidance, partner with leaders and vendors, and deliver data-driven recommendations to support budgeting and employee experience.

The Operations Associate I performs tasks such as medical device assembly, order picking, boxing products, and quality inspection. Ensures products meet specifications and adheres to safety standards. May require overtime.

Manage post market surveillance processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing key performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product safety and quality.

The Production Supervisor oversees production processes, supervises workers, maintains quality standards, and ensures compliance with safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities include training staff, improving production methods, and evaluating performance to meet productivity goals.

Designs, prototypes, and supports sensors and related systems for medical devices. Independently applies standard engineering techniques, investigates technical variables, writes ECNs, creates prototypes, and may supervise technicians. Works on defined projects under broad direction and ensures compliance with applicable standards.

Maintain and troubleshoot corporate networks: configure switches/routers/firewalls/access points, support LAN/WAN and VoIP, handle tickets, coordinate vendors, participate in projects, and be on-call.
