Manages technical projects from scope definition through delivery, coordinating internal resources, vendors, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation. Develops project plans, tracks performance, reports changes, maintains stakeholder relationships, and supports process, systems, and equipment training. Requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, plus proficiency with business software. Oracle ERP experience is preferred.

Leads software quality assurance for embedded, application, cloud, and manufacturing software used in medical devices. Develops quality plans, performs software risk analyses, reviews validation documentation and traceability, qualifies suppliers, investigates software issues and field events, and manages changes, regression testing, vulnerabilities, patching, and post-market risk updates. Ensures compliance with medical-device software standards, FDA guidance, design controls, and quality-system requirements.

Maintain and troubleshoot corporate networks: configure switches/routers/firewalls/access points, support LAN/WAN and VoIP, handle tickets, coordinate vendors, participate in projects, and be on-call.

The Operations Associate I assembles medical devices, performs quality inspections, verifies orders, and adheres to safety standards as part of a production team.

Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned groups, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, compliance, training, workforce analytics, and HR process improvements to support business objectives.

Plan and perform internal financial and operational audits, develop annual audit plans, assess business risks and internal controls (including SOX 404 compliance), review audit evidence and GAAP application, and prepare and communicate findings and recommendations.

Lead development and execution of sales and relationship strategies with targeted IDNs and health systems. Negotiate shared value agreements, align IDN strategies with GPO contracts, expand market penetration, train regional sales teams, represent Merit at industry meetings, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
