Analyzes requirements and technologies, interfaces with hardware, documents code, uses AI coding tools, reports issues to management, and adheres to company policies and schedules. May travel minimally for casinos or tradeshows.

Support core HR operations including background checks, offer letters, HRIS and SharePoint administration, onboarding, immigration tracking, compensation/bonus spreadsheets, reporting, records management, and serve as front-desk backup while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded C++ software and GUIs for gaming systems. Lead technical solutions, mentor junior engineers, coordinate with QA/training, apply best practices, and interact with customers to ensure reliability and deployment readiness.

Support licensing and compliance activities by maintaining licensing databases, preparing and submitting licensing packets, researching gaming regulations, auditing records, creating and validating reports, coordinating with departments, and assisting day-to-day compliance tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Lead and oversee art teams to develop pipelines, templates, and processes; formulate design concepts and technical art direction; integrate 2D/3D workflows; evaluate and adopt software/hardware; collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketing; ensure timely production, quality, and confidentiality; report to senior management.
