Leads GSK’s cyber risk intelligence and decision support capability, including Key Risk Indicators, risk analytics, data platforms, pipelines, dashboards, and reporting. Leads GSK’s AI-driven commercial growth product strategy across HCP and patient journeys. Owns the roadmap for generative AI, predictive models, conversational AI, personalization, and autonomous growth agents. Partners with engineering, data science, commercial, medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance teams to move models into governed production, measure brand and prescription impact, establish responsible AI controls, run compliant pilots, and build a senior AI product team.

Leads GSK’s Technology Risk and Compliance Business Partners capability for Global Supply Chain and Operational Technology. Sets strategy, owns budget and vendors, manages cyber risk registers and governance, guides regulatory and audit readiness, and advises executives on technology risk across manufacturing, laboratory, supply chain, ERP, MES, SCADA, and other systems. Oversees leaders across geographies, supports GxP validation and change governance, and drives a risk-aware culture.

Leads GSK’s global Cyber Risk and Compliance Business Partner capability for Research and Development. Sets strategy, manages budget, vendors, headcount, risk registers, governance, audits, regulatory engagements, GxP validation, and software change governance. Advises R&D leadership on cyber and regulatory risks, develops risk-aware cultures, leads managers across geographies, and represents the function to executives, auditors, regulators, and the CISO.

Owns technology strategy, roadmaps, delivery, governance, and lifecycle management for enterprise account management, customer planning, master data, and AI capabilities supporting GSK’s US commercial field organization. Leads responsible AI enablement, stakeholder education, risk approvals, integrations, vendor management, adoption, and operational excellence across CRM, data, technology, compliance, privacy, security, and commercial teams.

Leads organizational change management and communications across DPTF, establishing governance, standards, templates, readiness practices, training, adoption measurement, and change networks. The role drives operating model adoption, coordinates transformation communications, partners with HR on people impacts, monitors change saturation and sentiment, and builds change capability across distributed product and platform teams.

Owns the marketing enablement AI opportunity portfolio spanning marketing automation, content supply chains, campaign management, marketing experiences, and performance measurement. Identifies and sizes opportunities, builds defensible business cases, prioritizes investments, and partners with engineering and digital-worker teams to scope and deliver AI products. Owns the technology strategy, roadmap, architecture, lifecycle, integrations, releases, operations, and modernization of GSK’s US Vault CRM ecosystem. The role manages CRM capabilities, platform reliability, compliance, vendor relationships, data flows, Agile backlog prioritization, adoption, and continuous optimization. It partners with commercial, architecture, engineering, data, security, and external stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable technology capabilities.
