Own retention and upsell efforts for large employer clients, serving as a strategic partner on health plan design, cost performance, and plan outcomes. Manage broker and client relationships, monitor account health, address risks, resolve strategic issues, and collaborate with account managers and product, data, and technology teams. Develop customized reports and presentations demonstrating client value and ROI while improving net revenue retention and account performance.

Partner with internal business units to identify opportunities, deliver web applications and APIs, own secure and reliable services, set technical direction, and improve employee efficiency through AI adoption and foundational platform enhancements.
