Creates and maintains clear technical documentation, including user manuals, how-to guides, integration guides, API documentation, and equipment operation and maintenance materials. Partner with engineering, R&D, sales, and operations to deliver scalable automation products. Bridge software and hardware implementation while addressing customer needs in warehouse and logistics environments.

Designs and operates multi-cloud, Kubernetes, and hybrid edge infrastructure for robotics and warehouse automation. Builds CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, infrastructure automation, observability systems, and internal platform tools. Improves reliability, scalability, and deployment processes while collaborating with engineering teams. Requires strong Linux, networking, cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, and Ansible experience, plus at least five years of relevant experience.

Short-term internship supporting mechanical design and prototyping using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Assist engineers with 3D models, technical drawings, testing, documentation, and design reviews while learning industry processes.

Internship runs Jan 12–Apr 24; undergrad juniors with 3.0+ GPA expected. Occasional travel and willingness to work in a warehouse required.

Build real-time web UIs and dashboards for robotics and warehouse automation using React and TypeScript. Integrate with REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and WebSockets, optimize performance, collaborate on system design, and follow engineering standards.
