The Senior Valuation Specialist will leverage expertise in valuation processes to support Colliers' growth, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial assessments.

Provide administrative and operational support for CVAS Producer Solutions including insurance certificates, vendor approvals, licensing requests, job database updates, client and producer requests, and troubleshooting allocations. Maintain compliance with company policies and build strong relationships with management and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate operations.

Lead and coach client services coordinators supporting brokers. Manage transactions, due diligence, listings, databases, marketing campaigns, and client communications. Create presentations, reports, and marketing materials; train staff; rebalance workloads and travel between regional offices as needed to support business activities.
