Lead and grow a data platform engineering team to design, operate, and migrate to a modern cloud lakehouse. Own platform roadmap, ingestion frameworks (batch/CDC/API), CI/CD, observability, cost/performance, vendor delivery acceptance, and legacy decommissioning while enabling self-service platform patterns.

The Principal Engineer will lead the Test Platform Services team, focusing on building validation systems, ensuring reliability and scalability, and fostering team growth.

The Staff Backend Software Engineer will lead technical direction, design and implement backend systems, and mentor engineers while driving technical excellence.
