Support shop-floor improvement, Lean events, and documentation; manage contractors and collaborate with maintenance and RFPC staff.

Lead automation projects from concept through production: program, debug, and commission industrial robots and CNC systems; design fixtures and manufacturing processes; optimize cycle times and reliability; integrate equipment with MES/data systems; support training, troubleshooting, and capital acquisition decisions to improve cost, safety, and sustainability.

Lead systems engineer responsible for end-to-end system architecture, integration, and customization of wayside inspection products. Drive product standardization, define requirements and verification, lead cross-functional solution design, implement reliability improvements, and serve as technical delivery lead.
