Lead cross-functional teams and external partners through bidding, execution, testing, commissioning, and closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, contract, revenue, margin, cash flow, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Oversee system integration, change orders, risk mitigation, customer relationships, executive reporting, governance reviews, and continuous improvement.
