Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise and international networks. Implement DISA STIGs and STIG automation, integrate network devices and time servers, evaluate vendor products, support backup/recovery, tune performance, maintain documentation, and help preserve the systems information assurance posture.

Lead and develop a subcontracts team supporting EWT or MSS business units. Oversee subcontract lifecycle from sourcing and negotiation to administration and closeout, ensure FAR/DFARS and company compliance, build procurement strategy and long-term agreements, coordinate cross-functional risk mitigation, and manage supplier performance using SAP.

Prepare budgets and schedules and perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks (WBS, baseline, EACs, cost risk, variance analysis), produce month-end Earned Value reports, forecast cash and expenditures, brief customers, support audits and reviews, and maintain funding records for intercompany programs and the site GM.

Lead engineering support for payload subsystems including test planning and execution, troubleshooting hardware/software, analyzing test logs and defects, coordinating with suppliers and SMEs, and supporting integration, training, and documentation for avionics payload systems.

Prepare and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost control systems for government contracts. Perform financial analysis, cash forecasting, variance and EVM analysis (WBS, baselines, ETC), support audits and negotiations, track expenditures, and submit funding requests. Support intercompany programs and site General Manager. Onsite role in Chandler, AZ.

Lead integration of avionics/payload subsystems, resolving integration issues with IPTs and suppliers. Validate sensor performance, use RF test equipment, and support system-level testing. Work full-time on-site, collaborate with lab teams, and comply with required Top Secret/SCI/SAP clearances; travel up to 25% may be required.

Prepare and analyze cost and schedule data, develop ETCs, perform monthly Budget/EAC/Actuals/Variance and EVMS analysis, maintain Cobra baselines/artifacts, reconcile PMB changes, interface with CAMs and IPTs, and coordinate cross-functional forecasting and reporting using SAP and MS Office tools.

Lead field resolution, sustainment, and configuration control for ground segment, data center, and communications systems. Drive root cause analysis, manage CCB/OCC processes, deliver technical presentations, oversee modifications and cyber patches, and coordinate stakeholders to maintain operational baselines and system performance.
