Lead systems engineering for ground-based radar program: develop and integrate radar performance algorithms, perform requirements development and performance analysis, model and simulate mission scenarios, conduct mission engineering and trade studies, guide implementation, and communicate results to stakeholders and leadership.

Lead the Business Unit capital portfolio and Site Modernization program, ensure projects meet schedule and budget, present portfolio status to stakeholders, develop PM workforce capabilities, provide program baselining and homeroom support, participate in program startup reviews, and support proposal preparation. Requires cross-functional coordination and DoD customer engagement; travel up to 25%.

Develop, integrate, test, and document air vehicle simulation plant models for fly-by-wire control systems. Mature and integrate GNC modeling for high-fidelity flight simulation environments, support pilot training, and perform nonlinear simulation analysis using tools like MATLAB/Simulink.

Design, integrate, and verify electromechanical hardware for systems handling power, RF, and fiber optics. Update drawings, support equipment moves and rack-and-stack, participate in system-level testing, troubleshoot and modify designs, document changes, and support field installation and deployment (CONUS/OCONUS). Active TS/SCI required; occasional travel (~10%).

Manage subcontract sourcing, negotiation, award, administration and closeout for F-35 suppliers. Monitor supplier cost, schedule, technical and quality performance, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, drive cost reduction and continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
