Lead division export/import compliance program ensuring adherence to ITAR/EAR. Manage a global trade team, act as Lead Empowered Official, perform commodity jurisdiction and classification determinations, maintain compliance records and metrics, support audits, reporting, and represent the division on complex contracts and regulatory matters.

Lead Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) for the TRMC RQ-4 portfolio. Lead systems engineering compliance for the Sentinel program: define allocation and verification of military/industry standards, liaise across SEIT and Specialty Engineering, manage system-level requirements in MBSE tools, develop/maintain system requirement specifications, decompose lower-level requirements, coordinate with US Government stakeholders, and report compliance status. MUST have DOORS experience and active DoD Secret clearance.

Design, model, simulate, and analyze RF and microwave systems for space/payload and SATCOM applications. Develop RF architectures, perform link budget and cascade analyses, support proposals and estimates, and integrate antennas, transmitters, and ground terminal systems. Collaborate on requirements, testing, and system-level evaluations.

Lead reliability engineering analyses: validate maintainer data, determine root causes, recommend corrective actions, coach teams, drive process improvements, support cross-functional product support and customer meetings.

Support program budgeting and cost control for government contracts: prepare budgets and schedules, perform financial analyses and variance reporting, maintain expenditure records, perform Earned Value Management tasks (WBS, baseline, EV metrics), support audits and funding requests, and assist with estimates-to-complete and cost risk analysis.

Lead an Integrated Product Team to transition hardware designs into production, coordinate with factory test cells, manufacturing, supply chain, and mission assurance, and brief leadership. Responsible for hardware integration, factory production readiness, schedule execution, and program-level reporting. Requires active Secret clearance and onsite presence at Northrop Grumman BWI first shift.

Lead an engineering IPT to transition RF hardware designs to production, oversee factory integration and test, manage schedules, EVMS/CAM activities, report status to leadership, and coordinate across manufacturing, supply chain, and mission assurance. Requires active Secret clearance and onsite presence.

Provide on-site administrative support to program leadership and teams: manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, process expenses and procurement, prepare communications and presentations using Microsoft Office, support onboarding and facilities, and maintain confidentiality while working independently and collaboratively.
