Perform and lead acoustic and vibration acceptance testing of large Navy machinery. Troubleshoot using acoustic cameras, sound intensity, impact testing, and modal analysis. Develop test plans, collect and analyze large datasets, prepare technical reports, and support 24/7 test operations including shift work.

Lead manufacturing process development and sustainment for aerospace/defense electronic systems. Drive process specs, work instructions, tooling, NRE/capital projects, earned value tracking, cross-functional leadership, and continuous improvement to meet KPIs and producibility goals.

Lead systems engineering and test activities for ICBM sustainment: develop/update Technical Orders, integrate weapon-system functions, estimate SEIT labor, plan OU-level engineering training, mitigate technical risks, and support sustainment engineering and procedures. Requires occasional travel and coordination with leadership and technical teams.

Perform labor accounting tasks including reviewing and processing labor transfers, resolving labor costing and payroll discrepancies, partnering with Payroll/Timekeeping and ERP (SAP) teams, monitoring batch error processing, ensuring labor cost data integrity, supporting audits, participating in S/4 SAP and payroll/timekeeping upgrades and testing, and providing input on ServiceNow labor transfer forms and company reorganizations.

Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded real-time cockpit display software. Work in Agile teams on safety-critical flight subsystems, using RTOS, CI/CD tools, and multi-disciplinary collaboration to deliver qualified software.

Lead development and maintenance of test plans, procedures, and automated scripts. Perform system, integration, and regression testing, analyze results, troubleshoot defects, support test environment setup, verify requirements traceability, document test evidence, and improve test processes and tools.
