Serve as Northrop Grumman's senior on-site flight test lead at Patuxent River. Coordinate test strategy with T&E leadership and program managers, oversee flight and mission systems testing, manage test cost/schedule/technical performance and budgets using EVMS, support proposals and business development, ensure safety and test planning, and liaise with host squadron and PMA.

Design, develop, and support tooling and equipment for aerospace programs. Create and review fabrication drawings, perform FEA/stress analysis, manage procurements and vendors, inspect fabricated hardware, support manufacturing and continuous improvement to meet cost, schedule, and quality goals.

Lead Human Systems Integration (HSI) for systems engineering IPT: staff and assign HSI team work, align HSI requirements across IPTs, perform human factors analyses and assessments, conduct NX-based accessibility assessments, author HFE program documentation and support airworthiness and compliance artifacts per military standards.

Designs, deploys, automates, and secures software infrastructure including containerization, OS hardening, virtualization, and network configuration. Participates in full software lifecycle, integrates components, debugs remotely, supports program and customer coordination, leads teams, and develops documentation. Requires Linux/C++/OOP skills and DoD Secret clearance.

Design, develop, document, test, and debug application software and systems. Collaborate with hardware designers, determine user needs, analyze system capabilities, prepare operating instructions, and develop compilers/utility programs. Ensure software standards are met. Role may be filled at Associate or Software Engineer level depending on degree and experience.

Design, analyze, prototype, and test electromechanical subsystems for AESA antennas in installed environments. Support system integration, supplier engagement, production, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring RF performance and manufacturability.

Design, develop, and test aircraft parts and structures; perform stress analysis and structural engineering for metal and composite components; produce and review models and drawings; coordinate repairs and multi-discipline engineering solutions; create structural analysis packages and conduct performance tests. Role may be filled at Associate (entry) or Engineer (early-career) level.
