Lead the Radar Integrated Product Team through design, development, integration, and testing of RF/analog subsystems for the DARC program. Drive proposal strategy, subcontract RFPs and evaluations, BOEs, technical baselines, component specifications, PDR/CDR deliverables, RF lab test activities, KPP tracking, and brief leadership. Manage multi-disciplined teams and subcontractor technical performance.

Design and assess internal insulation systems for solid rocket motors, produce 3D models and specifications, support design/test/production teams, integrate test data and predictive techniques, present design documentation, and resolve anomalies while collaborating with multi-discipline teams.

Provide principal-level Windows systems administration for classified environments: manage Active Directory/GPOs, patching, backups, monitoring, incident resolution, configuration management, security compliance, documentation, and cross-team troubleshooting. Support multiple networks, ticketing systems, and perform hardware moves and after-hours work as needed while adhering to strict information security policies.

Lead planning, execution, and analysis of subsystem and system-level tests (HWIL/SWIL, environmental, eject tests). Manage test facilities, develop integrated test plans/procedures, ensure requirements traceability, coordinate multi-team test campaigns, review supplier test efforts, implement test automation and risk-reduction demonstrations, manage test data and reporting, and act as technical liaison while ensuring safety, security, and export-control compliance.

Develop real-time embedded system software for the EA-18G Growler program, resolve software/system defects, participate in Agile scrum teams, collaborate with customers and cross-site disciplines, and contribute to reviews and technical meetings using tools like ClearCase, Git, DOORS, and Green Hills Integrity RTOS.

Perform software integration, regression, and verification testing for EA-18G Airborne Electronic Attack subsystems. Develop and execute complex subsystem-level test procedures and software test plans, analyze system designs, identify and troubleshoot software issues, and contribute to Agile teams, peer reviews, milestone reviews, and technical interchange meetings while collaborating with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams onsite.

Designs, develops, tests, documents, and debugs software and systems for the Sentinel program. Creates and executes test plans and scripts, collaborates with hardware and systems engineers, ensures software standards and SDLC/agile practices are followed, and supports software test automation and verification activities.

Provide systems engineering support for a capability upgrade program: develop specifications and verification statements, manage requirements and DOORS traceability, support supplier technical interchange and PDR content, participate in government working groups, and ensure system-level reviews meet schedule, cost, and performance objectives.

Manage and mentor a team of cyber and IT professionals supporting classified information systems. Oversee A&A/RMF compliance, implement government security policy, maintain multi-user classified servers and networks, drive configuration and patch management, produce security documentation and reports, interact with vendors, and recommend system improvements and automation to meet customer requirements.

Lead integration and test of digital-RF antenna subsystems in near-field/compact ranges. Develop test automation and analysis tools, troubleshoot RF and digital issues, support requirements verification, reviews, and collaborate with cross-discipline engineering teams to improve hardware and test processes.
