Manage a mixed portfolio of subcontracts and procurements: prepare RFQs, evaluate proposals, negotiate POs and terms, administer post-award contracts, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, optimize cost and supplier performance, and manage supplier relationships to completion.

Generate fabrication/assembly outputs, follow NASA and IPC standards, collaborate with electrical/mechanical teams, and support DFM/DFX and design reviews to ensure manufacturability and mission readiness.

Design and define electrical architecture, interfaces, and communication timing for spacecraft/avionics systems. Translate system requirements into testable electrical/interface requirements, manage ICDs and traceability, and coordinate across avionics, software, and test teams. Support verification, integration, and mitigation of signal‑integrity/timing risks; lead technical reviews and interface control activities.

Perform analysis, design, testing, and troubleshooting of complex electrical systems for launch vehicles. Lead test programs, conduct failure investigations, present design materials, mentor engineers, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure compliance with requirements and safety standards.

Design, develop, implement, verify, and test guidance, navigation, and control algorithms and simulations for fixed-wing aircraft. Create linear and non-linear vehicle models, integrate models into software and hardware-in-the-loop environments, develop control laws to meet flying qualities, analyze flight test data, and support flight test activities using MATLAB/Simulink.

Lead cost and schedule control for the Sentinel program: set up and maintain cost control systems, prepare budgets and schedules, perform variance and funding analyses, incorporate contractual changes, perform schedule risk assessments, and ensure programs remain within government cost-control guidelines.

Designs, develops, tests, and debugs radar digital signal processing software for identification and tracking in geosynchronous orbit. Collaborates with hardware engineers, implements and optimizes DSP algorithms and pipelines, leverages GPGPU/CUDA acceleration and AI-enabled tooling, and follows high-side development processes. Requires active DoD Secret clearance.
