Support design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, and mission operations for spacecraft electrical power subsystems (batteries, solar arrays, power electronics). Perform voltage drop, energy balance, transient and degradation analyses, support integration & test, subcontractor oversight, failure/anomaly analysis, requirements generation, and earned value reporting. Position may be filled at Level 1 or 2 and requires SCI clearance and occasional travel.

Analyze and assess C2BMC software across development, ground tests, and operations. Use automated and manual tools (MATLAB/Python, Linux, spreadsheets) for prototyping, data visualization, time-series analysis, and root-cause troubleshooting. Create scenarios, resolve anomalies, produce analytical reports, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. On-site role requires active DoD Secret clearance and ~10% travel.

Lead planning and execution of post-modification aircraft regression and system tests for the B-2, develop integrated test plans, conduct and direct flightline testing, analyze system data, troubleshoot anomalies, and coordinate technicians and operators to validate modifications and aircraft performance.

Perform systems engineering for aircraft: decompose high-level requirements into subsystem specifications, perform functional and timeline analyses, V-model integration, verification/validation, trade studies, and interface definition while collaborating with customers and suppliers.

Develop and improve manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors, enforce safety culture, apply Lean Six Sigma and SPC, mentor engineers, perform root cause/corrective actions, create build-to-package and shop floor documents, troubleshoot production and tooling issues, and lead design/qualification/implementation of tooling and equipment.

Support development, integration, and verification of system safety requirements using MBSE. Identify hazards, analyze risk, ensure regulatory and customer compliance, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, produce safety analyses and documentation, and track safety/MBSE work through Agile sprint planning.

Lead digital transformation and data-driven improvements for Sunnyvale manufacturing: develop metrics, visualizations, capacity models, scheduling tools, and align SAP/MRP with production. Analyze throughput, cycle times, WIP, and process capability; collaborate with IT, ERP, analytics, and manufacturing teams; support on-site operations and continuous improvement.
