Plan, coordinate, and execute integration and production tests across multiple levels. Lead test readiness reviews, troubleshoot anomalies in real time, manage test schedules and technicians, and perform pre/post-test data analysis and metrics reporting. Provide on-site network and communications support for ground and flight operations including fault isolation, remediation, field integration, hardware deployment, encryption device maintenance, STIG compliance, network analysis, documentation, and 24/7 operational support while coordinating with engineers and external partners.

Design, simulate, and verify RF boards and modules for space systems. Perform RF circuit and EM simulations, develop RF chain architectures and link budgets, drive PCB/module layout, support lab integration and test, troubleshoot performance, and produce technical documentation and design reviews.

Lead integration and test of electro-optical/infrared seeker and imaging systems for launch vehicles. Develop and run hands-on electrical and environmental tests, create assembly/test procedures, troubleshoot hardware, document discrepancies and corrective actions, coordinate cross-disciplinary I&T activities, train junior engineers, and ensure cleanroom and safety compliance.

Lead end-to-end RF hardware development for space-qualified and ground-based systems. Own requirements derivation, RF/microwave circuit design, EM modeling, PCB layout, component selection, prototyping, and environmental qualification testing. Provide technical leadership in design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with manufacturing to transition designs to production.
