Lead systems engineering for advanced cruise-missile subsystems: decompose and allocate requirements, develop MBSE architectures and CONOPS, manage verification/validation and HIL/flight test integration, create technical maturation roadmaps, mitigate program risks, produce engineering deliverables, and liaise with partners and customers during TMRR.

Requires onsite work in Linthicum, MD and ability to obtain/transfer DoD Secret clearance.

Serve as LSBU Chief Engineer providing technical oversight across programs, defining system architecture, leading technical reviews and failure investigations, chairing standards and flight readiness boards, driving digital transformation, coordinating cross-program technical issues, supporting proposals/RFIs, and interfacing with the customer. Lead and mentor chief engineers and ensure designs meet internal and customer requirements while guiding subsystem and support technology development.
