Develop and execute software test plans and procedures, perform SW/HW integration and troubleshooting, build automated test approaches and CI/CD data collection, document and resolve issues, provide lab and field support, and lead technical interfaces with suppliers and customers.

Lead requirements development, decomposition, verification and traceability for MQ-4C Triton Increment 2. Perform use case and architecture analysis, integration and system-level testing, flight test and field support, configuration management, and develop capability roadmaps across the systems engineering V-model.

Plan and coordinate preparation and control of engineering and production documentation, evaluate design changes for system impact, manage change orders and authorization, support configuration and data management, and coordinate across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and suppliers to meet contract requirements.

Lead planning, deployment, integration, and testing of C2BMC network upgrades at operational sites. Perform remote installations, independent troubleshooting, and status reporting. Work within an Agile team to support network design, testing, and operational deployments for missile defense communications systems.

Develop post-processing analysis tools and visualizations to assess C2BMC performance (timing, track quality, discrimination). Track regressions, perform deep-dive metric analysis, translate findings into development tasks, and produce briefs for leadership. Collaborate across teams and support large-dataset assessments of system efficacy.

Design, implement, profile, and optimize high-performance C#/.NET software and WPF desktop applications. Build reusable UI libraries for WPF and Blazor, implement CRUD/DTO and gRPC patterns, operate in CI/CD pipelines, follow secure coding and DoD/NIST compliance, reverse-engineer codebases, and produce technical documentation while supporting modeling and simulation for mission planning and systems performance analysis.

Lead design and integration for rocket motor assembly and igniter systems. Conduct peer reviews, author test plans/reports, perform structural and tolerance analyses, lead hardware release and failure evaluations, mentor SMEs, develop D&A standards, and support mechanical/integration work across programs from concept through production.

Serve as the program Chief Engineer with technical authority across hardware, software, systems, integration and test. Define technical vision and architecture, manage risks, lead multi-disciplinary teams, interface with customers and executive leadership, and ensure design readiness for integration, verification, and production in a military/aerospace development program.
