Identify and recruit candidates for a wide range of manufacturing and operations engineering roles (manufacturing, integration, test, materials/process, propulsion, additive manufacturing, electrical, thermal, cable & harness). Positions support hardware development, testing, and ground support for aerospace/spaceflight programs. Candidates may be considered for future openings across experience levels and locations; some roles may require U.S. citizenship or security clearance.

Lead system-level flight test and verification for AARGM-ER STE: create/review/red-line STE drawings to ASME/MIL/GD&T standards, define instrumentation/telemetry/data-capture needs, manage drawing lifecycle in EPLM, perform data analysis (Visio/LabVIEW/Excel), prepare leadership briefings, drive corrective actions, and participate in technical review boards. On-site in Northridge with ~10% travel and active Secret clearance required.

Support Pod subsystems by performing inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and verification to return pods to operational readiness. Plan and execute system tests, create procedures, analyze post-test data, file problem reports, and maintain MES documentation while ensuring HAZMAT, nitrogen, and quality compliance.

Lead program-level Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) management across units: assess impacts, drive mitigation execution, integrate RIO processes, manage toolsets and training, report to leadership, support audits, run monthly review boards, and represent leadership for RIO strategy and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, and support tooling and equipment for aerospace programs. Create concepts, fabrication drawings, inspection and verification requirements, perform stress/FEA analysis, review manufacturability, manage vendor fabrication and procurements, and work with manufacturing to ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Assess hardware and software for vulnerabilities, perform vulnerability scans and manual STIG verifications, develop RMF artifacts, guide cybersecurity architecture and tool selection, automate cybersecurity processes, and lead verification and systems engineering activities across the lifecycle to ensure controls are effective.

Provide independent quality and mission assurance support across Integrated Product Teams. Validate requirements, inspect and test products (including GD&T), engage suppliers, support audits, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, deliver metrics, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and contractual quality requirements.

Lead node integration for Command Systems: own program execution and technical baseline, coordinate stakeholders, perform integration, verification planning, MBSE-based requirements and interface definition, run trade studies, identify/resolve design gaps, and lead and develop the Node Integration engineering team through lifecycle activities.

Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded real-time cryptographic software. Architect secure systems, implement crypto using libraries, work cross-functionally on Xilinx platforms, and follow full software lifecycle in an Agile environment. Must support integration, debugging, and networking functionality.

Serve as Business Lead supporting Product Management to deliver cost, schedule, and technical performance. Lead team staffing, career development, and performance management. Drive financial reporting, EVM-based cost production, CUAS/C2 and networking integration, program execution, process improvements, and stakeholder coordination.
