Develops and evaluates navigation models, simulations, sensors, Kalman filters, and navigation algorithms for missile defense, tactical strike, launch, and space systems. Assesses performance in high-dynamic, GPS-denied, exo-atmospheric, and other mission environments. Leads an industrial engineering team supporting aerospace production and development programs. Responsibilities include improving cost, schedule, production performance, and continuous improvement; developing operational tools, metrics, dashboards, schedules, and staffing plans; managing employees; coaching engineers; coordinating cross-functional projects; and implementing long-term operations strategies while meeting quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Leads software sustainment integration for the RQ-4 FMS program, managing integrators, requirements tracing, regression verification testing, debugging, defect closure, and SIL integration. The role includes backlog management, test planning and execution, configuration control, technical documentation, stakeholder communication, recommendations to leadership, and mentoring junior engineers. Analyze budgets, equity transactions, tax implications, reconciliations, executive compensation, and regulatory reporting. Maintain Fidelity and Workday records, support audits, oversee terminations, prepare board materials, and develop participant communications. The role also drives process improvements, automation, compliance, and collaboration with payroll, tax, legal, accounting, treasury, and external vendors.

Develop and maintain quality assurance policies, programs, processes, and control systems. Conduct audits, inspections, root-cause analyses, corrective actions, and nonconformance management while ensuring compliance with ISO, aerospace, military, and customer standards. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and government agencies to improve product and process quality. Interpret technical drawings and specifications, apply statistical quality tools, facilitate cross-functional problem solving, and drive continual improvement.
