Manage a team of lab designers to plan, design, build, integrate and operate SIL lab hardware and test equipment. Oversee schedules, budgets, technical planning, risk/cost analyses, staffing, mentorship, process improvement, and cross-functional integration with programs and customers.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of Global Supply Chain for Targets and Interceptors programs. Manage schedules, budgets, material planning (MRP/BOM), supplier performance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination as the PMO focal for supply chain activities. Support Talent Acquisition team by scheduling and coordinating video, phone, and in-person interviews, managing candidate travel and confirmations, assisting with hiring manager calendaring, performing internal audits and data requests, and completing ad hoc TA projects to ensure efficient recruiting operations.

Lead procurement for maritime/land systems, develop subcontract specifications and bid packages, evaluate proposals, negotiate and administer subcontracts, coordinate with contracts/engineering/quality, manage supplier performance and payments, ensure compliance with federal regulations and import/export rules, and drive cost, efficiency, and risk reductions.

Develop, design, test, deploy, and maintain satellite ground system software using modern web frameworks and server-side languages. Build high-performance services and messaging systems, use Atlassian tools and Agile/DevSecOps practices, collaborate cross-functionally, and support program milestones and customer requirements.

Perform systems engineering tasks including technical planning, system integration, verification & validation, functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, interface definition, and system-level analyses across concept, design, test, operation, and disposal.

Support program managers and cost account managers with cost and schedule control using Earned Value Management. Develop WBS, perform variance analysis, maintain baselines, prepare government cost performance reports and CDRLs, and produce forecasts and visibility reports using MPM, SAP/BW, wInsight, and Microsoft Office.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain mission-planning software in an Agile environment. Support CI/CD pipelines, Windows-based builds/installers, automated and manual test procedures, system integration, customer technical interfaces, and documentation. Participate in scrum teams and may act as Scrum Master; support clearance-required development and SAP access.

Oversee and manage operational aspects of projects as liaison between program management and IPT. Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and performance; prepare reports; resolve issues; support proposals, BOEs, and customer communications; advise senior leadership and drive process improvements.
