Compile and review manufacturing and overhead budgets using actual performance and historical data. Interface with plant supervision and program IPT to establish quarterly budgets, provide performance reports, analyze and track overhead, and support departments with financial analysis and presentations.

Lead the Strategic Sourcing & Compliance team for the Sentinel program, ensuring flow-down of SOW and specialty compliance to suppliers. Manage supplier contracts, cost, schedule, technical requirements, and EVMS tasks; represent Systems Engineering to government partners and present technical strategies to leadership.

Develop, integrate, and validate test software for RF production hardware and manufacturing test stations. Support production troubleshooting, author and maintain test procedures and fixtures, collaborate with design, QA, and production teams, and drive continuous improvement to meet acceptance and environmental screening requirements.

Support program managers and cost account managers by performing earned value management, cost/schedule integration, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasts (ETC/EAC), and preparing government cost performance reports. Maintain baselines and reporting using MPM, SAP/BW, wInsight, and Microsoft Office tools in a fast-paced, on-site defense environment.

Prepare and maintain contract budgets and schedules, perform financial and variance analyses, maintain expenditure records, support EVM tasks (WBS, baseline, estimates-to-complete), and support audits and funding requests for government contracts.

Provide high-level administrative support to the VP and senior executives: manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, prepare presentations and reports, handle confidential materials, facilitate meetings and events, lead small projects and process improvements, and support executive communications and outreach.

Manage material availability and delivery schedules using MRP and BOMs; forecast needs, set inventory targets, coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to resolve shortages and support product lifecycle transitions.

Lead a flight test engineering team to plan and execute ground and flight test activities, develop requirements and test plans, track and report test metrics, represent flight test in technical reviews and boards, serve as Test Director during execution, and manage staffing, performance, and process improvements for 10-15 engineers.

Identify and recruit candidates for a wide range of manufacturing and operations engineering roles (manufacturing, integration, test, materials/process, propulsion, additive manufacturing, electrical, thermal, cable & harness). Positions support hardware development, testing, and ground support for aerospace/spaceflight programs. Candidates may be considered for future openings across experience levels and locations; some roles may require U.S. citizenship or security clearance.
