Lead customer engagement and capture for NSA/restricted opportunities: manage pipeline, develop win strategies, translate customer needs into solutions, support RFIs/RFPs, conduct market research and competitor analysis, build strategic partnerships, and coordinate cross-company capture activities.

Lead component engineering for electronic and mechanical systems: select and qualify components, resolve obsolescence, support failure analysis/DPA, manage part requirements, chair commodity reviews, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program design and production milestones.

Manage pre- and post-award subcontracting activities, evaluate and monitor suppliers, draft RFPs/RFQs and agreements, ensure FAR/DFAR and regulatory compliance, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and optimize procurement processes to reduce cost and risk.
