Lead multi‑site supply chain programs, partner with stakeholders to drive program execution and financial performance, optimize supply‑chain processes, provide executive guidance, manage teams, and ensure compliant government contracting.

Lead long-range strategic planning, capture, and investment priorities for the MDC2 business unit. Drive capture progression, prioritize CAPEX/NCTA investments, develop win themes and value propositions, coordinate cross-functional execution, and manage a team of capture/program managers while interfacing with government, legislative, and sector stakeholders.

Perform configuration management tasks including weekly CDM metrics, CSA As-Built reconciliation, cross-organizational BOM reconciliations (EBOM/MBOM/OBOM), and support CDM deliverables using PLM, SAP and MES tools. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and QA to resolve discrepancies and support program processes.

Manage program financials including forecasting, earned value (EAC/EV) management, program budgeting, baseline and IBR efforts, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, cash management, audits, pricing/proposals, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Develop data architectures and end-to-end pipelines to support CBM+ predictive maintenance for the Sentinel Weapon System. Build statistical, ML, and physics-based models to forecast Remaining Useful Life for LRUs, validate and demonstrate models, establish modeling standards and templates, support CBM+ program planning, and collaborate with NG and customer data scientists to align tech stack and evolving requirements.

Manage control accounts and earned value metrics, establish budgetary baselines, forecast labor, integrate subcontract schedules, manage program schedules, assess software project risks, prepare CDRLs and Contract Data deliverables, author Basis of Estimates, and support EVM reporting for engineering program control.

Perform configuration and data management (CDM) including CDM metrics, configuration status accounting, and As-Built reconciliation across EBOM/MBOM/OBOM. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams; use Teamcenter, SAP, and MES tools; deliver CSA artifacts across the product lifecycle and follow NGAS/CDM processes and customer statements of work.

Lead design, implementation, and integration of ground software in a SCIF environment. Advise on emerging technologies, perform full lifecycle development and testing, support system integration/verification, mentor engineers, drive technical planning and program execution, and improve tools/processes to increase team efficiency while ensuring requirements, cost, schedule, and supportability constraints are met.

Perform vulnerability assessments and compliance audits of weapon system components and networks, support RMF certification and accreditation, prepare Security Plans and POA&Ms, monitor audit corrective actions, ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-53/CNSSI 1253/DoD RMF, develop security documentation, and perform ISSM/ISSO duties to deliver secure systems.

Lead and improve division-wide program management by mentoring PMs, running independent reviews, enforcing review authority, standardizing processes/tools (IMS, EVM), driving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting proposal/contract strategies to improve schedule, cost, risk management, and reporting.
