Support NGLE program systems engineering efforts with MBSE (Cameo) and DOORS, interfacing with program management and customers, aligning digital engineering capabilities, preparing/presenting review materials, and driving tasks to completion on a multi-disciplinary SEIT team.

Design, deploy, and sustain production, test, and development Teamcenter environments. Perform installs, upgrades, patching, capacity planning, performance tuning, scripting/automation, incident resolution, user administration, documentation, and disaster recovery support. Manage the full contract lifecycle including administration, negotiation, proposal support, risk analysis, and customer interface. Advise program teams on RFP/SOW terms, coordinate internal reviews, maintain contract data in enterprise systems, and collaborate with finance, legal, supply chain and mission assurance to ensure compliance and successful contract execution.

Prepare and maintain budgets and schedules for contract work, perform financial analyses (funding profiles, cash forecasting, variance analysis), ensure funding availability, support audits, perform Earned Value Management tasks (WBS, baseline, cost risk analysis, EAC), and provide reports and negotiation support for program cost control.

Lead execution of the E-2D France NRE program, managing cost, schedule, risk, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Oversee proposals, budgets, EVM-based performance, and ensure contractual and financial objectives are met.

Provide systems engineering and project engineering leadership for change integration, technical integration, and risk/opportunity management. Support change proposal development, defect analysis, and program baseline/change management. Independently develop technical solutions, represent the organization with customers, and support program schedules and costs. Onsite role requiring an active DoD Secret clearance and occasional overtime or nonstandard shifts.

Lead industrial engineering efforts to optimize product flow, scheduling, and shop-floor performance using Power BI, data modeling, SAP/MRP, and optimization techniques. Build scalable models, align ERP/MRP with executable plans, drive digital transformation and agile initiatives, collaborate with IT/data teams, and present actionable dashboards to stakeholders.

Partner with business leaders to drive strategic human capital plans including succession planning, talent development, compensation, performance management, staffing and employee relations. Lead HR projects, provide data-driven insights and change leadership, manage coordinators and site leads, and collaborate with HR COEs to implement solutions that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness.
